Dinner, wine pairing and cooking demo with Brindisa
We are very excited with the visit of the Galician winemakers Curro Barreno from Fedellos (DO Ribeirsa Sacra) and Javier García from Viña Somoza (DO Valdeorras) at Brindisa Battersea. On 8th August, they will host a cozy dinner for 12 guests at our Private Dining Room with our Head Chef Yago.
They’ll bring the wines; we’ll cook the food!
On this intimate dinner, our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a cooking demo with Yago and taste a 6-course menu perfectly paired with these stunning tipples from Galicia. Curro and Javier will be serving their best wines and describing what’s glorious about their ‘bodega’ (winery).
