Tapas Brindisa bring the flavours of the North of Spain to Battersea for London Seafood Festival this summer with this intimate and interactive dining experience.

From the comfort of Tapas Brindisa Battersea's beautiful private dining room, you will have the chance to peer into their Home Kitchen and watch Head Chef Yago bring the seafood flavours of the North of Spain to life. With dishes from Galicia and the Basque Country, this 5-course menu is a celebration of fresh seafood, bold flavours and the culinary history of the region.


During this dinner, Head Chef Yago will demonstrate how to make Pulpo a La Gallega and he will encourage his guests to help him cooking the most famous seafood dish of Spain. The menu will be paired with the excellent Basque Txacoli Wine, a fantastic opportunity to try this increasingly popular ‘vino’ light in alcohol, slightly sparkling and dry.
